How it is made.

Printed pieces
Five print placements per size, each a cut piece: front, back, right sleeve, left sleeve and 'Collar' (a long narrow strip, 3612-3615 x 314-315 px, the neck band). Printify says all panels are cut and sewn together. Front and back are separate placements, so the body has side seams; the sleeves are set in.
Sleeve hems, neckline and bottom hem
Double-needle topstitch. Printify: 'Double needle sleeve, neck and bottom hem', 'sewn around the edges with a wide double topstitch'. Two parallel rows of stitching show at the sleeve hems and below the neck band in Printify's blank flat lay.
Neckline
Crew neck finished with a separate band of the printed fabric (the 'Collar' placement), topstitched at the seam below it. Band width is not stated.
Seams
The close-up's identifier dates from 2022-11-01, before the blank flat lay (2025-09-29); that it shows this blueprint's garment is assumed, not stated. · Overlocked (serged) seam edges in white thread on the inside, in Printify's close-up of an inside seam. The seam allowance there carries printed cyan lettering, partly legible as 'BACK' and 'ESPALDA', which reads as a piece marking printed outside the cut line.

The neck band's finished width, the hem depths and the seam types are unstated.

No certificate can be cited for the fabric or the factory.

The page cannot name the cloth's knit. Opened on 2026-10-29: Printify's catalog service (S009) and designer data for providers 47 and 99 (S029, S030) say only '100% brushed polyester', 5.16 oz/yd²; Miami Sublimation's store, all 4,538 listings (S031), its cut-and-sew page (S022) and The Sublimation Station's AOP men's tee (S032) name a knit only for other cloths: interlock at 100% polyester and 4.01 oz, jersey at 190 GSM, and the brushed choice (96/4 polyester/spandex, 5.01 oz) names none. Web searches found no page naming this tee's knit. With the knit (G002).
